Sebago Lake Rug School

One of my favorite rug hooking workshops is the Sebago Lake Rug School which is held every year in May at St. Joseph's College, in Standish, Maine.  It is a week long workshop.  It is now going into its 42nd year!  The teaching staff includes:  Sarah Guilliani, Betty McClentic; Diane Stoffel; Lois Dugal and Martha Beals.  I have attended for a few years and have taken classes with Diane and Sarah.  It is a wonderful week of learning, laughing and sharing!  Here are some pictures of the beautiful rugs that were displayed at the show and that the students were working on (unfortunately I did not keep track of the pattern names or the students names).

If you would like more information about this workshop, you can contact Gail Walden at ammah@comcast.net.
